Application Information
Please note that being accepted does not necessarily guarantee you a raider position. All recruits will be put on trial for an approximate two week period of time before we decide to either accept or deny your application. While a member is a trial member they will not be allowed loot over full members except at the discretion of the raid leader. Members who are denied a raider position may decide to stay as a social member or leave to search for a better suited Free Company for them-self. If you wish to apply as a social member you may be lax on your application without any penalties.
Note: The application process for the raider position is much stricter on application content. Not answering every field severely hurts how we think of you and will very likely result in a denied application.

Potential Raiders
Players who wish to raid with us should take the application process very seriously. Players should put effort into their applications and fully answer EVERY question asked. Any blank answers will most likely result in your application being instantly denied. All raiders must be active in game even on non raid days. All raiders should have 3 star foods and X-Potions ready for all raids so a source of income does not hurt either.
Application Process
You should have a reply from us within 48 to 72 hours. Most of us are currently very busy in game and may not have the time to immediately get back to you. If any questions are asked in the comments section of your application you should answer them in a timely manner. We will also conduct a Mumble interview during this time period and may contact leaders of previous Free Companies you have been with.

Recruitment is only lax for social members. For people wishing to raid in our 8 man groups our current application response time is about 48 to 72 hours. We want to do some general background checking and make sure no members have a major issue with you. The usual things in a process.
